At My 4Ever Pet, you can easily get in touch with us throughout the day if you are looking to place an order. We want you to be happy and we'll take care of you. Here is how we offer you customer support:

Where We Can Help The Most

We've tried to be super clear about our products on each of our websites. Here are where we frequently can help customers like you:

  1. Sometimes, the customization tool on the personalized pet products collection is a little bit slow. If you are having trouble on this page, shoot us an email and we'll help you through it.
  2. The only thing that we cannot let you order directly at this time is our wall canvases. If you'd like a photo canvas of your pet, just send us an email by filling out the form below. 
  3. For our customized blankets, dog head pillow, and items in this collection, simply go ahead and make your purchase and send us an email with your photo. We'll have a proof available for you within 2 to 3 business days.
  4. If you need an item for a particular date, please let us know when you make your purchase in our cart notes. We can't make any promises for certain items (especially our customized items), but we'll get it there for you as fast as we can.

What You Can Expect When You Place An Order

  1. You will get an order confirmation email whenever you place an order.
  2. We'll send you a message when we start processing your order.
  3. We'll send you a message whenever your order is ready to ship along with the expected arrival date. 
  4. We'll check back with you when your item is delivered. If there are any issues, we'll work hard to make them right.  

Shipping

Shipping on our store is a little bit complicated because we have customized items. In the product description, we typically specify what the delivery timeframe will look like. Here are some pieces about shipping that might be helpful.

  1. For the customized canvas, bluetooth speaker, and phone charger, these take a little bit of time to ship during the holidays and the demand is high. We suggest placing your order no later than December 3, 2019 in order for the package to arrive as a holiday gift.
  2. Customized blankets, towels, and pillows take up to 4 weeks to process and ship. 
  3. For the pet gold/silver dog tag, that will ship within 4 to 5 business days.
  4. We have a special shipping option for certain items in our store. For most of our pet clothes and holiday pet clothes, we can get you these within 4 business days. For 2-day shipping, we charge a $10 shipping rate.

If you ever have questions about shipping, just ask us. We are available on live chat. We will also respond to your email within the same day! 

Returns and Exchanges

We want to make sure that you are happy with your product! For custom made items, you have the option of exchanging the item if there is a defect time with it. For other items, we have a 15-day return policy. If something is defective or broken when it arrives, we will happily refund your money. If you don't like your order, we have a RMA process that is very easy to complete. For jewelry, we have to charge a restocking fee which we will discuss via email. 

Route Shipping Insurance

For your peace of mind, we offer route shipping insurance. This is relatively simple and will protect your purchase while it is in transit. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, you have the option of filing a claim. This is a good idea because it will help you get a refund on your order if something happens to it while it is in the mail. 

Your Privacy

We are very concerned about maintaining and respecting the privacy of our customers. We will only use your contact information to communicate with you about your order.
